Executive Director
Suzy is an experienced, passionate and dynamic Executive Director with extensive experience in the Facilities Services industry at a senior leadership level. Suzy is skilled in all elements of business process and operations, strategy and business planning, relationships, business development and optimisation and improvement. Suzy has extensive experience across a broad range of industries with specialist capability in Healthcare and the PPP realms.  Suzy holds a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) – Leadership and Innovation. As the Executive Director of Healthcare at Compass Group Australia, Suzy is responsible for driving the vision, strategy and execution of services for the Healthcare Sector (Hospitals and Senior Living), as well as overseeing operations and performance.
Michael Foenander
General Manager

Having over 20 years’ experience in the sector as a Specialist Gerontologist, Michael holds responsibility for our day-to-day operations, regulatory compliance, and the commercial success of our contracts. Michael is heavily involved in the strategic direction of the Morrison Living business and is very visible on sites, personally reviewing the outcomes met and the solutioning required to meet the ever changing needs of your clients and residents.

General Manager Support Services

As the current National General Manager Healthcare Support, Dani oversees a team of subject matter experts that support our site teams throughout Australia, providing high level project management, strategic direction, and operational improvements that help ensure excellence in service delivery at every step. As a qualified dietitian and senior corporate leader in healthcare, Dani’s skills and qualifications bring a depth of knowledge and commitment ensuring the Morrison Living experience is second to none.

Shelley Casserly
Business Development Manager

With over 30 years’ experience working within the Hospital and Senior Living sectors, Shelley has developed a clear understanding of what is important to clients, particularly in the current economic climate. Shelley builds strong and enduring relationships with clients, with a focus on designing and delivering cost-effective solutions that meet all regulatory requirements whilst delivering lasting client and resident value.

Martin Bradley
State Operations Manager

With extensive Hospitality Management experience spanning his career, Martin has dedicated the past 12 years to mobilising and passionately managing Aged Care operations. Martin has an exceptional understanding of the evolving changes within the Australian Senior Living sector. He highlights and drives continuous quality improvements leading to operational efficiencies and exceptional service delivery. Martin is part of Morrison Living’s Senior Management Team taking responsibility for driving forward the key elements of the partnering process with clients across his portfolio.

Alistair Cooray
State Operations Manager

A customer-centric, hands-on professional with 28 years’ operational experience in the Hospitality and Healthcare sectors, Alistair is results driven and leads by example, placing a key emphasis on team growth and development. Alistair creates exceptional experiences for customers through focusing on staff culture and is highly regarded for his open, honest and transparent leadership style.

Grant Philips
State Operations Manager

Grant has 15 years catering experience from managing high end restaurants, schools, universities, and the QLD state Quarantine project. Grant studied medical science (Nutr) and is a qualified chef. He is responsible for the operations of Morrison Living for QLD and Northern NSW with a strong focus on building effective teams, aged care accreditation compliance and systems implementation.

Peter Patchen
National Project Manager

Having worked for 30 years in the Health Industry (Government, Private and NFP), including Biochemist, HR, Recruitment, Finance, and Project Manager roles across both Hospital and Senior Living spaces, Peter’s responsibility is to oversee Project Management in Healthcare. His role is to provide strategic direction through the development and implementation of a Project Management Framework and support Operational Teams on the ground to deliver high quality project outcomes for our clients ensuring excellent service to residents and patients.

With more than 27 years’ experience in the hospitality and healthcare industry, our National Executive Chef Aman has demonstrated success in overseeing operations and managing people, facilities and processes within fast paced environments. A perceptive leader, Aman confidently leads complex, cross-cultural and multi-dimensional operations with a considered approach, staying focused on business outcomes and nutritional outcomes via culinary excellence.

Following creation from our talented team of Chefs, and preference input from our residents, all of our menus are cross-checked against recommended guidelines by our in-house Accredited Practicing Dietitian, Sharon Ong.

Lisa Slater
National Product Standards Manager
Lisa is an experienced Food Services Manager and Head Chef with over 15 years in the hospitality industry. Lisa has a demonstrated history of working in the Aged Care sector (12 years either management, chef manager or head chef), the Health Care industry (2 years – Food Services Manager) and is a qualified chef with 15+ years of commercial kitchen leadership experience.

Ryan Carmichael
Quality & Compliance Manager

Ryan has over 18 years of experience working across a range of dietetic, regulatory and operational roles within Healthcare. He has been newly appointed to Quality and Compliance Manager for the Healthcare Support Services Team and will be implementing a Quality Framework to drive continuous improvement across the sector as well as managing key compliance issues, particularly with the new aged care standards. Ryan sees supporting and training operational staff as critical to enable focus to be placed on providing exceptional food and service to residents.
